How to deal with sad/anxious/irritable/impatient children

Many children today are under tremendous pressure to perform well and achieve what is expected from them by parents or teachers.
A vital ingredient for success is down time.  By ‘down time’ I am referring to the time that the brain is able to completely relax and not focus on anything in particular.  As simple as it sounds, the act of doing nothing is what helps the brain to process recently received information, manufacture creative ideas and make space for new incoming data.

Down time ideas for children:
1. Walking or playing in nature
2. Doodle drawings, i.e. drawing squiggles, not identifiable objects
3. Lying down quietly for a few minutes every day

To help our children through times of academic pressure, school stress or relationship issues, there is always natural support options such as the Bach Flower Remedies.  Rescue Remedy is a must-have for times of change, exams or illness.  As long as it is not used as a daily tonic, Rescue Remedy can be extremely effective.

Personalized Bach Flower Remedies can also be made to your specific need and your child’s individual situation. Case studies have shown time and time again that children respond quickly and easily to Dr. Bach’s remedies.
