Water is the second most available element on earth. It is also possibly a substance we have come to rely on and take for granted… until a drought is experienced.
Living in the Cape and going through the dry times over the past few months I have begun to ask myself questions such as :
1. Where is there a drought in my life and how can I replenish this area?
2. What quenches my emotional thirst like water quenches my physical thirst?
3. What is flowing in my life and what is not?
Out of this observation of looking at water with a fuller perspective, a myriad of experiential exercises were birthed (another quality of water). This birth has led to a blossoming of a workshop. In the Transformational Water Workshop we will be using sound, movement, the breath and activated water to access our true power within. When we are in our true power we are able to let go, be in the flow and celebrate life!
I am honored to be co-facilitating this workshop with Paul Carlos, musician and yoga instructor. We will be presenting the workshop at Paul’s Sacred Spiral Yoga Shala studio in Jukskei Park on Saturday 28 April 2018. It’s going to be a day of getting into flow, letting go and celebration. Please book early as space is limited. Early Bird price until 15 April 2018.

Inspirational tip when drinking water:
* drink slowly, taste the water, feel it move in your mouth, give thanks for the water you are drinking.
The body receives MUCH MORE goodness when you are connected and present with the act in motion.
