Kinesiology is the science of assessing balance within ones physical, mental and emotional bodies with the non-invasive method of muscle testing. Harmful or disruptive experiences and thoughts are stored in the body on a cellular level and are displayed in muscles as stress or imbalance. This could be due to emotional, mental, nutritional or other causes.

Kinesiology works with the understanding that the body knows how to heal itself. Reality, however, shows that through daily stresses and challenges, instinctual mind-body information gets scrambled.
