I have over 20 years’ experience in Energy Psychology and working with thousands of people globally, of all ages (3 years to 60+) using scientifically founded holistic wellness techniques.

I facilitate the process of manifesting a healthy mind- body connection within the individual as well as relationship healing, trauma treatments and professional transformation with one-on-one sessions and workshops.

The mind- body techniques I teach and facilitate are beneficial for: Guilt / Blame / Shame / Regret / Depression / Anxiety / Life Direction / Focus / Concentration.

Another speciality and focus is childhood development where I teach fun exercises to improve brain power and assist students to achieve their goals and dreams

Being a qualified journalist also provides me with the opportunity to share my extensive experiences in health and wellness in my writing and as an expert contributor.

Conscious Breathing
