Calm your breath, calm your mind
0 Comment
Movement, energy, sleep, memory, IQ and EQ are all affected by the breath.
Spending a few minutes every day practicing conscious breathing will heighten your awareness of your self and your environment, balance perceptions and assist you in making decisions that will serve you.
BREATHING TECHNIQUE
Sit quietly and notice your breath. Is it in your chest or belly or both? Are you feeling any sensations in your body? If so, where? Now follow your breath to the place where you feel the sensation and breathe into it. This exercise allows you to turn your focus from the external world to your inner landscape. It also calms busy minds.
