Improve your sleep

The quality of your sleep determines the quality of your life.
Outside factors that affect your sleep:
  1. Your bed – how well is your bed supporting your body?
  2. Your environment – are there sounds, smells or other stimulators that wake you?
  3. EMFs – Do you have digital devices in the room you sleep in?
Internal factors that affect your sleep:
  1. Your diet – are you eating stimulants during the 4 hours prior to bed?
  2. Your emotions – are you releasing emotions that build up during the day, through exercise, talking or journalling?
  3. Your mind – is your mind racing with thoughts before you go to sleep?
Balancing your brain hemispheres aids in calming the mind, emotions and even stabilizing internal organs.
