What strengthens Mind-Body connection and why it is important

The communication highway between your psychological and physical health is known as the mind-body connection.
Just as there are certain exercises which strengthen your physique and different types of techniques to develop your IQ and EQ, so there are tools beneficial for growing the highway between the mind and the body.
Conscious Connected Breathing, Body-sensing stretching, Holistic Self-Awareness Reflection, Intentional Meditation, Spiral Dancing, Guided Visualisation are some of the techniques used to improve the connection between your body and mind.
