Healthy pH = balanced weight + strong immune system

Your pH level is key to a strong immune system and balanced weight.

Low pH levels negatively affect the function of every organ in the body.  Values below pH 7.0 are acidic while values above pH 7.0 are alkaline.

Tips for maintaining an alkaline pH balance:

1. Practice intermittent fasting, e.g. 12 hours of no eating between supper and breakfast

2. Drink lukewarm ginger and lemon water between meals to activate healthy gut enzymes

3. Take a tablespoon of colloidal silver every other day

4. Don’t mix banana, tomatoes, sweet fruits and melon with any foods as it causes all the food in your stomach to become acidic.

5. Exercise and practice deep breathing daily.

6. Supplement with antioxidants.
