Kinesiology Stretch classes increase your Mind-Body connection

Slow breathing. Slow movement. Self-awareness.
As you engage in a posture you focus intently on what is happening with the concerned muscles as well as the rest of the physical body, the thoughts, the emotions, the heart, the breathing while noticing points of tension and relaxation.
Each exercise builds on strengthening the mind-body connection.
All exercises can be repeated at home.
Each week we focus on a meridian in it’s entirety.
The specific muscle/s related to the meridian will be stretched and toned, improving the function of the meridian and the physical organ involved.
Emotional points connected with the meridian will be calmed.
The brain region relating to the meridian will be balanced.
Every Thursday 5-6pm
