Reflection of Self Spiritual Retreat

If YES, then ‘Reflection of Self’, a Spiritual Workshop is for you.

Workshop focus:
– Raise your vibration of self-healing
– Develop your mind-body connection
– Deepen the relationship with yourself
– Instill your own inner peace
Some of the highlights include:
– A wholesome vegetarian menu
– Daily Body Sensing Intuitive Yoga
– 3-star Accommodation plus meals
– Tranquil setting in the seaside village of Hermanus

Kinesiologist, Helen Hansen, will guide you through a journey of authentic self awareness within the collective conscious.
BodySensing yoga therapist and gut health specialist, Nicholas McLean, will help you to decode the signals from within.
2-4pm: Fresh juice on arrival – Settling in, grounding, walking, relaxing
5-6pm: Welcome ceremony – Intentional Meditation (set your purpose for the weekend and ground it into your body, mind and soul with a deep sound meditation)
6-7pm : Dinner
7 – 9pm: Meditative discussions – Subconscious Activation (stimulating the subconscious through asking specific questions)
8am: Body Sensing and Intuitive Yoga (a calm exercise of stretching with mindfulness)
9am: Breakfast
10am: Energy work – analysing and balancing energetical points in the physical body
11am: ‘In the eye of the Beholder’ – Mirror work of the physical body
12noon: Walk and Talk
1pm: Lunch
2pm: ‘You are what you eat’ – looking at the emotional gut.
4pm: ‘I honour my past’ – observing emotional triggers
5pm: Triggers and the Limbic Imprint connection (how and where emotional triggers are stored in the nervous system)
6pm : Dinner
7pm Limbic Imprint Meditation ( a process of guided visualisation to release emotional triggers from the nervous system and create new reference points that are beneficial and uplifting)
8am: Body Sensing and Intuitive Yoga
9am: Breakfast
10am – ‘Food for thought’ – what is brain food?
11am – ‘Thoughts become my life’ – taking ownership of one’s internal landscape.
12noon – ‘Mind-Body Connection’ – Integrating observing yourself and implementing conscious actions.
1pm : Lunch
2pm: Closing Ceremony and Intentional Meditation
3pm: Depart
There is 3star accommodation available at the venue and at a lodge 150m from the venue.
Cost for the retreat includes : attendance of all the workshops + 2 nights accommodation + meals.
