Course Outline
Lesson 1 – 15 min audio
Learn a hands-on technique to calm and clear the effects of emotional disturbance in the cellular system and physical body.
Lesson 2 – 18 min audio
Learn how to reduce the power of an intense emotion. This technique can be used in the moment or after the initial charge took place.
Lesson 3 – 23 min audio
Learn to reprogramme your subconscious brain and cellular system with conscious uplifting emotions. Includes 4 guided visualisation processes.
